Healthy with epigenetics

Epigenetic factors affect, among other things, diet, exercise, healthy aging, stress management and immunological capacity. Thus, epigenetic gene activation can contribute to a long and healthy life.

With the HealtBioCare Test Panels, individual epigenetic markers can be checked to determine the current individual health status. From this, a catalog of measures is derived to improve the state of health and prevent future health problems. The test panel can be easily performed from home.

Healthy Aging Panel

Various mechanisms and epigenetic factors that influence the aging of the organism can also affect and even alter the metabolism. Increased inflammatory symptoms and a possible decrease in DNA stability are possible undesirable factors in the aging process. The panel includes a comprehensive combination analysis consisting of measurements of telomere length, aging markers, inflammation and DNA stability.

Based on your analysis results, you will receive information about your biological age compared to your chronological age. With individual recommendations you can influence your aging, possible inflammation and DNA stability.

Metabolic Health Panel

Depending on genetic predisposition, epigenetic imprint, gastrointestinal microbiota, lifestyle and environment, nutrition leads to different metabolic consequences or even intolerance. The panel measures epigenetic factors that have the potential to be changed by diet and lifestyle. Thus, consequences of a change in diet or an improved lifestyle can be recorded and documented. In addition, the metabolic health panel provides information on individual predispositions with regard to sports and skin health. It provides individual recommendations for your health care and a prognosis for weight loss and stabilization.

Healthy Sport Panel

To investigate systemic and cellular changes, micro RNAs (miRNAs) circulating in the panel are used as biomarkers. These reflect the complex metabolic processes that take place in the body during a training cycle. Thus, the individual metabolic state can be mapped.

The analysis of molecular training markers (miRNAs), genetics (SNPs) and observed phenotypes provides recommendations on the intensity and frequency of endurance and strength sports, nutrition and lifestyle factors.

Follow up Panel

In order to optimally monitor the success of the intervention, the evaluation is repeated after three months to compare the results with those of the first evaluation.

The taking of some blood drops can be done independently from home or also by the doctor, therapist or nutritionist. The utensils necessary for the collection of the blood are included in the analysis kit and can be returned the same way. In addition, a questionnaire will be filled out, which records information about the current lifestyle and health status. The evaluation of the results takes about one to two weeks. The results are then discussed with the doctor, therapist or nutritionist to determine personalized recommendations and further procedures.
